I am kind, silly, loving, open-hearted, generous-spirited, curious-minded. I have a big heart and penchant for travel & adventure.

• Work/career/ambitions
  • I’ve had a hella wonky career path. My first career was in the music industry as a Executive Assistant. I was a bit of wanker back then. I’ve done all sorts of things in between now and then including; a degree in Editorial Photography, ran my own business as Socially Engaged Photographer, volunteering as a Restorative Justice Facilitator, volunteering as a mentor to female ex-offenders, (half of) a degree in Humanistic Counselling, working in Learning & Development, studying & working in Program Management (Agile/Scrum)
  • I now run my own business, as a Coach & Consultant for Neurodivergent Entrepreneurs. I f**king love it. I finally feel like all the pieces have come together. I am pretty active on LinkedIn and you can find my website here
  • Good people doing great work for the greater good is at the heart of what I do. This thread runs through everything I choose intentionally to be involved in
• How I spend my time
  • I coach Tuesdays-Thursdays (online)
  • I keep my Fridays-Mondays pretty flexible
  • I do a fair amount of self development
  • I drink an obscene amount of hot chocolates in coffee shops
  • I like walking in nature (if I can follow someone - not in a creepy way eg some who is navigating)
  • I have a podcast/research project on Love. I interview people about love. It’s new. I am having the best time
  • Currently training for a 1/2 marathon
  • I want to learn to Shuffle but seem to have zero patience and no coordination
  • I am curious by nature; I ask a lot of questions. Don’t be alarmed
  • I like to live with less, so don’t have a great deal of possessions
• Family/friends
  • Hold onto your seat. I am one of 15 across two families. My parents split before I was born. Mum & Dad (3 together), Mum & Step Dad (6 together + 2 from previous partner), Dad & Step Mum (2 together + 2 from previous partner). Christmas is expensive! We’re a wild and wonky bunch but I wouldn’t have it any other way
• Psychical Health/fitness
  • I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue about 5 years ago and have since recovered. My health is therefore super important to me (but I am not a dick about it) - it’s been quite the journey to wellness. I now run 4-5 times a week, I am vegan (more for ethical reasons → I just really like animals), I try to eat well (I’m not the best cook - hoping you are!). I do sound healing, sauna, massage - when I can. I move my body as much as possible
  • I am a big foodie and am quite grumpy if I haven’t eaten in a few hours. I always carry snacks
  • I don’t drink, smoke or take drugs
• Spiritual, Emotional, Mental Health
  • I do my best to take care of my mind, emotional health and spiritual wellbeing. Journalling, quiet time, therapy, running, time in nature
  • I go to various 12-step meetings - ask me if you don’t know what that is
• Values & Beliefs
  • Kindness is very important to me
  • Good communication is high on my list. I try my best to communicate honestly. openly and with love. I expect the same
  • I have been sober for 7 years - so ideally you’d be a non-drinker or at least not a heavy drinker/drug taker
  • I am vegan for ethical reasons. Not the pushy type. A bonus if you are. A vegan, not a pushy type
